If we reply to your email, we will not be doing so to create a Spam message in your email Inbox but will solely be responding to your communication. Pricing

The prices listed in our catalog and on our AllergyControl.com web site represent the list prices, or retail prices, for our products. Our retail prices may be subject to change at any time, when necessary.
While it is our goal to ensure the accuracy of our product and pricing information, errors or necessary changes may occur. If a pricing error occurs on our web site or in print, Allergy Control Products is not obligated to honor misprints in advertising, but we may do so at our discretion.

Discount Offers & Savings Kits

In order to offer valuable savings to our customers, Allergy Control Products extends discount offers in many forms at various times of the year. These offers may include dollar savings off your order, percentage-off savings, free product giveaways, free shipping specials, or other promotions. Our savings kits include a combination of items offered at a special discount price when purchased. Our discount offers and special kits cannot be applied to previous orders and have no cash value. If you choose to return items purchased through discount offers or special kits, your discount savings will be forfeited for any items or kit-related dollar-savings that applies to these special offers.

Certain items are excluded from savings specials based on existing special savings or minimum advertising pricing from the manufacturers that we do business with. These items may include (but not be limited to) specially-priced encasing kits or item kits, clearance items, Miele vacuums, and many of our air cleaner models. Discounts may not be applied to the extra/additional freight that is included on certain items.

While we make every effort to itemize any exclusions that pertain to our discount offers, errors may occur. We reserve the right to notify you of additional exclusions in this area of our web site. If you are placing an order and have questions about the exclusions, we encourage you to review this area for any additional information. In the event that an error occurs, we reserve the right to make changes as necessary.

Product Descriptions or Product Images

As with our pricing information, it is our goal to ensure the accuracy of our product information. However, errors may occur whether made by Allergy Control Products or by manufacturers who supply us with information regarding their products. We do not guarantee that product descriptions online or in our catalog are error-free or contain a complete description of all product details. Similarly, all product images are presented to provide a representation of the product that is offered. To remedy this problem, Allergy Control Products may substitute a product that has inherently similar features and performance. We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute items at any time.

Purchase Limitations

Whether through a promotion or when placing a standard order, at times Allergy Control Products may be required to limit the quantity of items you purchase. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities when necessary.

Warranties and Limited Liability

Allergy Control Products offers products and helpful educational information that may be of benefit to our customers. The degree of helpfulness and/or effectiveness varies by individual and/or the products that each individual selects. We make no claim that these products or the information included on this site will provide a full remedy for any medical condition.
