60-Day Price Matching Policy
Our products are competitively priced and to make sure that you are getting the best price available for the same product available elsewhere, we offer a 60-day price matching policy. We will match any published price for the same product, excluding items available at membership-fee based buyer’s clubs. If you see the same product, available in stock, at a lesser price within 60 days of your purchase, send us a copy of the ad, and we will refund the difference.
We offer high quality, helpful products to improve your health. We believe you’ll be completely satisfied with your products, as we’ve chosen these healthy home and allergy products with care. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 60 days. We will provide a similar product replacement, exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Return Policy Details
1. When you receive your order, check it over.
As soon as your order arrives, check your items. If an item is on backorder, your invoice will indicate this status. The item will be on its way as soon as it’s available, at no extra charge. In the event of a backorder for part of your order, we will ship available items first to get these allergy products to you right away. For items in your order box, please compare your invoice to the items received. If you notice anything missing or inaccurate, our Customer Service department will provide help right away by simply calling 1.800.ALLERGY (255.3749).
2. Have a Question or Concern About Your Order?
If your order is damaged in transit, if anything is missing or inaccurate or if you have a product issue, call us. We want to make sure your order arrives without issue, but call our Customer Service department at 1.800.ALLERGY (255.3749) if a problem has occurred. See our special note below about damaged packages.
3. Is Your Package Damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep your box and packaging materials. Call 1.800.ALLERGY (255-3749) right away.
4. Do You Want to Return or Exchange an Item?
Returns or exchanges are easy. Use the blue form included with your order box to make a return within our 60-day return period, and ship the package back to Allergy Control Products. For a return authorization number, call 1.800.ALLERGY (255.3749).
Return Exclusions
Some exclusions apply to our 60-day return policy. These exclusions include the following:

Non-Refundable Details on Shipping Fees and Promotional Savings
If you choose to return an item, we will issue a refund to your original credit card used for the purchase. Your order’s shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are at your expense. If your item is defective or shipped inaccurately, Allergy Control Products will pay for the shipping when you contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#).
If your return involves a promotion or specially-priced item, loss of the promotional discount will occur. For details regarding returns on promotions or specially-priced items, see our User Agreement.
Refused Orders
If your order is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for shipping charges to your destination and the return to Allergy Control Products.
Limited Warranty
Allergy Control Products, Inc. warrants Allergy Control® brand encasings to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and with proper care for the original purchaser for a lifetime period for Pristine® Complete and Pristine® Relief encasings and for a period of five (5) years for Economy encasings. This Warranty shall be void to any product that is subjected to improper use, operation beyond capacity, repair by someone other than Allergy Control Products, Inc., alterations that are inconsistent with or not done according to the instructions, accident, careless handling or unusual operation conditions.
While the general efficacy of this product in reduction of allergens has been determined, the benefit to specific persons varies due to several factors. Such factors may be but are not limited to degree of sensitivity of the individual, other allergens, other sources of the allergen, and other allergen avoidance steps taken by the allergic individual.
Allergy Control Products, Inc. makes no warranty of merchantability of said product or of the fitness of said product for any purpose.
This warranty is in favor of the original consumer and is not assignable or transferable.
The liability of Allergy Control Products, Inc. is limited, at its sole option, to the repair or replacement of said product in accordance with this Warranty. Allergy Control Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, resulting directly or indirectly from any breach of any warranty express or implied or any other failure of this product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The remedy or repair of replacement of any defective cover will be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser provided in this Warranty, is exclusive, and is granted in lieu of all other remedies. No other remedy of any kind will be available to the purchaser, including the recovery for incidental or consequential damages.
To avail yourself of this Warranty or if you are within the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee period, mail your Allergy Control® encasing and your original sales contract (invoice if purchased from Allergy Control Products, Inc.) or other proof of purchase (sales receipt if you purchased from an Allergy Control® distributor) along with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) prepaid to the address below. To obtain a RMA #, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-222-6837 Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central Time. 60-Day Money Back Guarantee excludes Shipping & Handling fees.
