Shopping for what you need is so easy at AllergyControl.com, and with orders over $150, we offer free shipping within the continental U.S. Your order will come via UPS Ground with no shipping charges (except for heavy weight or product exceptions that include additional freight). If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada, contact us at 1.800.ALLERGY (255-3749) for a shipping quote. Our highly trained product specialists and shipping staff work together to get in-stock items shipped to you the same day or the next day.

As part of our risk-free shopping experience, we offer our 60-day Price Matching Pledge. We will match any published price for the same product (excluding items available at membership-fee based buyer’s clubs). If you see the same product, available in stock, at a lesser price within 60 days of your purchase, send us a copy of the ad, and we will refund the difference.
UPS Shipments & Delivery
We ship our orders via UPS, and in-stock items will ship the same business day or next business day. Orders ship via UPS Ground, unless you select a different shipping method such as UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail as part of your ordering process. Expedited UPS Air shipments are available when placing your order at 1.800.ALLERGY (255-3749). UPS Air shipments must be placed earlier than 2 p.m. Eastern Time for in-stock items to ship the same day. UPS deliveries are made on weekday business days (Monday – Friday) and you should take these days into consideration when placing your order, especially when selecting UPS Air as your delivery method. For example, if your order is placed Wednesday before 2 p.m. EST and going UPS Air, it will be delivered Thursday. If your order on Wednesday is placed after 2 p.m. EST, it will ship on Thursday and arrive on Friday. If you’ve selected 2nd Day UPS Air, your order placed after 2 p.m. on Wednesday will arrive on Monday. Holidays that are observed by UPS or Allergy Control Products can delay the processing of your shipment or its delivery.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses or Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground, however, shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses must ship via UPSP Priority Mail or Parcel Post. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico, our site may provide an estimated shipping rate, however, our Customer Service department may contact you regarding actual freight rates. While we do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FPO, PO Box, and International, at this time we are unable to process these orders via the website.
