One end of the double-sided measuring spoon (included) is a ¼-teaspoon measuring spoon for adding SinuAir to 4 ounces of lukewarm water for spray. The other end is a one-teaspoon measuring spoon to add SinuAir to one pint (16 ounces or 500 cc) of lukewarm water for irrigation with the SinuPulse Elite® Nasal Irrigator or a Water Pik™ type appliance.
SinuAir can be used with all types of nasal irrigation devices, including nasal sprayers, nasal wash bottles, neti pots and bulb syringes, and is specifically
recommended for use in the SinuPulse Elite® Nasal Irrigator.
