DustMite & Flea Control by The Ecology Works

DustMite and Flea Control by The Ecology Works® goes right to the allergen source to eliminate dust mites and fleas in carpeting. Ecology Works uses boron (a natural element) to create a patented product that coats the food source of dust mites and fleas to starve them out. Both perish without food and are thereby eliminated.

DustMite and Flea Control is available in a convenient, pre-mixed 32-oz spray bottle, or in a more economical 2-lb powdered form. The powder mixes easily in water and can be applied using a spray bottle for small areas, and a pump sprayer or carpet steamer for big carpeted areas. Clear and odorless, this product will not stain lightly colored fabrics. Low toxicity means safe to use.

Large 2-lb bag treats 800 square feet as a spray, or 400 square feet in a steam cleaning machine. The smaller 8-oz bag treats 200 square feet as a spray, or 100 square feet in a steam cleaner. Also available in a 32-oz pre-mixed spray, which treats 100 square feet.

Apply every 4 months for the first 2 treatments and twice annually thereafter.

University tests prove how effective DustMite and Flea Control is, as dust mite populations are extremely low by week 2 after application, and nearly non-existent by week 8.

Studies at the University of California showed that DustMite and Flea Control has very low toxicity, and the California EPA determined that the risk to humans is insignificant.
