Product Notes:

• Economical pain relief since it is reusable.
• It can go straight from the freezer to the skin - no need for sleeves or towels.

Store in the freezer between uses.

Place the soft blue side on the body for 5 to 10 minutes.

Flip to the white side for maximum cold for up to 20 minutes.

Repeat every 2 hours until the pain or swelling is relieved or as directed by your physician.
