Using cold therapy is ideal in treating the pain, headaches and swelling that can accompany sinus infections or other painful conditions involving the sinuses. Product Notes:

• Dual Temp technology features a blue, soft side for gentle cold therapy or a white, smooth side for maximum strength cold therapy.
• One size fits all with a simple velcro strap to hold the cold pack in place.

Store in the freezer between uses so it will be ready when you need it.

Apply the soft, blue side to your face for 5 to 10 minutes.

Flip to the white side for maximum cold for 20-30 minutes.

Repeat every 2 hours or as directed by your physician.
