Help keep it clean by simply vacuuming the outside grill of the Austin Air purifier to reduce surface build-up and extend the life of the pre-filter. The pre-filter can last years with regular cleaning, although replacing your pre-filter annually is an option for the cleanest air. Either way, this pre-filter is avoids regular filter changes that are necessary with other air purifiers for cost savings and long-term value.
The Permafilt pre-filter can be seen through the grill in the air purifier. Therefore, filter replacement should correspond to the color of your Austin Air purifier.
