With a larger tank size, the Frigidaire Dehumidifier can remove up to 50 pints of water a day to help keep areas dry and prevent damage from mold and mildew. It’s ideal for medium to large-sized rooms anywhere in the home, from basement to bedroom, and at a 53dB (high) it is Frigidaire’s quietest dehumidifier yet. With its Energy Star® rating, you can keep this dehumidifier running whenever necessary without fear of driving up your electric bill. Built-in digital humidity control lets you manage the exact level of humidity you want. Choose either continuous operation or select a humidity level of between 35%-85%. The convenient, soft-touch LCD electronic control panel lets you easily choose your desired settings. Two fan speeds let you run the fan on high or low, and a 24-hour programmable timer lets you decide if you want to operate the unit at specific times.
An antibacterial filter reduces bacteria, room odors and other airborne particles, and is removable and washable to keep your air smelling fresh. A “Clean Filter” light will illuminate after 250 hours of operation. A “Bucket Full” light lets you know when it’s time to empty the water bucket, and the unit automatically shuts off when tank is almost full so there are no overflows. Front loading bucket with carrying handle and splashguard make emptying the bucket hassle free. Or connect your own garden hose to the port in the back of the unit to drain continuously with gravity. Low temperature operation allows you to run the unit in cold temperatures above 41°F.
