Blueair’s Smokestop™ Filter is ideal in environments where the removal of heavy odors, smoke, fumes, and other gaseous pollutants is of paramount importance. Blueair 500, Blueair 600 and Blueair 400 series air purifiers come with the choice of either HEPASilent™ Particle filtration, which removes 99.97% of particles to 0.1 micron, and some gas and odors, or Smokestop filtration, which does exactly the same job as the Particle Filter, but has even more gas and odor absorption capability. The Smokestop Filter is particularly effective when you want to remove tobacco smoke, or in environments where chemical fumes and gases are present, or when strong odors and fumes aggravate those with asthma, allergies or chemical sensitivities. The Blueair Smokestop™ Filter is also available for the Blueair 200 and Blueair 300 series air purifiers.
