The Roomaid^® Air Cleaner features up to three levels of allergy-relieving filtration beginning with an easy-to-handle machine washable pre-filter that snugly fits over the unit to filter large particulates.

 

Roomaid^’s second level of filtration uses a powerful HEPA filter that is perfect for removing 99.97% of sub-micron particulates up to 0.3 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, bacteria, attached viruses, mold spores and other airborne allergens and pollutants that can cause or aggravate allergy symptoms. The Roomaid^® Air Cleaner’s HEPA filter requires no maintenance and lasts for 2-5 years depending on use.

 

An optional third level of filtration is available to remove hazardous Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) from the air. The optional VOC Filter reduces harmful vapors and fumes from auto and diesel exhaust, as well as other VOCs that may off-gas from household cleaners, furniture, paints, solvents and other materials containing chemical substances. The VOC Filter need only be replaced every 6-12 months depending on use.
