Miele HEPA AirClean 50 Filter for Canisters (SF-HA50)

Miele HEPA AirClean 50 Filter (SF-HA50) replaces the filter that comes standard in or is a HEPA filter option for the Miele Compact C2 and C1 Series Canister, and Complete C3 and C2 Series Canister Vacuums, as well as older models S4000, S5000, S6000 and S8000 Series canisters (specific models listed in Owner's Manual tab). The HEPA AirClean Filter meets Europe's stringent EN1822 standards for HEPA H13 classification, with 99.95% filtration efficiency in capturing particles as small as from 0.1 to 0.3 microns, including fine dusts, bacteria, viruses, mold spores, pollen, pet dander, and dust mite allergen.

Doctors recommend the use of HEPA filtration vacuums to their allergy and asthma patients. Miele vacuums equipped with the HEPA AirClean filter are far better for allergy and asthma sufferers than the standard AirClean and Super Air Clean filters that come with some models. While those filters remove a respectable 94% of particles to 0.3 microns, the HEPA's increased ability to capture smaller particles with higher efficiency is recommended where removal of allergens and contaminants is a concern.

The HEPA AirClean canister vacuum filter lasts approximately one year, and features a built‐in TimeStrip filter replacement indicator to take the hassle out of remembering.
