Excess humidity in crawl spaces, warehouses, office factories or shops results in mold growth and potential damage. Even if your building seems dry during the day, that could change at night and cause issues. EIP offers a compact, stand alone design that provides quiet, maintenance free service for up to 3000 cubic feet of space. The CD35P pulls air into the unit by a fan, removes the moisture (up to 17 pints per day!), and sends dry air back through the space. This free standing unit allows for easy transportation to the problem areas and are rugged enough for industrial work or residential use. The additional features of the CD35P make this unit an ideal choice for un-manned installations, as the condensate pump will pum condensation into a sink, toilet sink, etc.
