The elegant AIRCARE® Designer Series Credenza 696 Series Large Evaporative Humidifier is designed to improve air quality and comfort for the entire house with cool mist humidification while complimenting the decor with a new twist on the classic style credenza. Using a humidifier puts moisture back into the air to provide some relief from the discomfort and unpleasant symptoms of allergies, sinusitis, and sensitive skin issues.
Highly efficient, the AIRCARE® Credenza humidifier produces up to an astounding 12 gallons of daily output with a large home coverage area of up to 3,600 sq. ft. It uses the processes of evaporative humidification. Dry air is drawn into the humidifier though the back of the unit and moisturized as it passes through the saturated evaporative wick. Clean, invisible, moisturized air is added back into your environment through the top of the credenza. All evaporation occurs in the humidifier so any residue remains in the wick. This natural process of evaporation creates no white dust like some other humidifiers.
In addition to outstanding performance capabilities, the 696 Series Credenza offers variable controls for easy airflow and humidity level adjustment, easy-fill dual tanks with up 5.6 gallon capacity, and casters for easy mobility. Simply fill the water tanks, set your humidistat to the desired humidity level, and enjoy the marvelous benefits of whole home humidification.

A few things to remember:
For effective humidification, it is important to position the unit where the most humidity is needed or where the moist air will be circulated throughout the house such as near a cold air return. The humidifier should be positioned near an inside wall on a flat surface at least two inches away from any curtains or walls, and away from heat registers. Do not place on soft carpet. Due to release of cool, moist air from the humidifier, it is best to direct air away from thermostat and hot air registers.
As the evaporative wick traps accumulated minerals from the water, its ability to absorb and evaporate water decreases. Changing the wick at the beginning of every season is recommended. In hard water areas, more frequent replacement may be necessary to maintain your humidifierﾒs efficiency.
Personal comfort is a major factor in determining where to set your humidity level for your home. The point at which you set your humidity level should not not cause condensation on walls or windows.
