Omron's Replacement Mask Adapter (model NEB-MSA-10E) works with the Omron MicroAIR NE-U100 Mesh Nebulizer. The Omron mask adapter is used to install the mask or mouthpiece on to your nebulizer.
The Omron mask adapter should be disinfected before use, after not being used for long periods of time, and daily during normal use.
It is recommended to replace the mask adapter once every year or as needed. Proper maintenance will help prolong the life of your mask adapter.
Instructions:
- Install batteries
- Align the mark on the medication container with the mark on the main unit. Push down and rotate the medication container clockwise
- Open the medication container by pushing on both sides of the lid
- Fill the medication container as illustrated
- Place the mesh cap
- Push the medication container lid into place until it clicks
- Install the mask adapter on the main unit
- Install the mask or mouthpiece on the mask adapter
- Your nebulizer is now ready for use

To properly maintain your mesh cap...
- After each inhalation treatment, remove the mask adapter from the main unit by pressing both sides of the mask adapter.
- Open the medication container and remove the mesh cap.
- Discard the medication then re-install the mesh cap.
- Fill the medication container with water and close the lid of the medication container. Nebulize the distilled water for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent medication from drying and adhering to the mesh after each use.
- Open the lid of the medication container and remove the mesh cap from the medication container.
- Wash the mesh cap in mild (neutral) detergent, then rinse off with distilled water. Remove excess water and allow to air dry in a clean place. Some types of medications may remain on the mesh. Make sure to clean the medication from the mesh. Do not wash under running water.
